    I purchased 2 Raindrop diffusers as gifts. Time was an issue and although Organic Aromas could not meet my deadline, mostly because I ordered too late, they did keep me informed as to my options. When the diffusers arrived only 1 had been sent. Still the company was very responsive and sent me a free essential oil for my troubles.

    I will purchase from Organic Aromas again thanks to their responsive customer service team. By the way, the diffusers were very well-made and beautiful objects!
