These rules apply to every Organic Aromas affiliate partner. By keeping an active affiliate account or earning commissions on or after October 26, 2026, you agree to this agreement.

1. Brand Terms in Paid Search

Do not bid on our brand terms in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing) or any other paid search platform. Brand terms include Organic Aromas, organicaromas.com, Nebulizing Diffuser®, our product names, and any misspellings or close variations of them.

This covers broad match and phrase match keywords that trigger ads on these searches. If you run search campaigns in the aromatherapy space, add our brand terms as negative keywords.

2. No Affiliate Links in Paid Search Ads

Paid search ads may not send clicks to organicaromas.com through your affiliate link, whatever keyword they target. You may advertise your own content (a review, blog post or video) as long as Rule 1 is followed and your ad does not use our brand terms.

Orders placed on or after October 26, 2026 that arrive through a paid search ad do not earn commission.

3. Use of Our Name and Trademarks

Do not use our brand terms in ad headlines, display URLs, domain names or social media handles, and do not present yourself as Organic Aromas or our official store. Use the full trademark Nebulizing Diffuser® when you describe our products.

4. Coupon Codes

Only share codes issued to you or listed in your Affiliate Dashboard. Do not post codes on coupon or deal sites unless we have given you a code for that purpose.

5. Honest Promotion

Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly, as required by the FTC and similar rules where you live. Do not make medical claims about our products or essential oils (for example, that they cure, treat or heal any condition). Do not send spam or unsolicited bulk email, and do not use cookie stuffing, pop unders, forced clicks, browser extensions or any method that sets a referral cookie without a real click.

6. Self Referrals

Purchases made by you or your household through your own link or code do not earn commission.

7. Commissions and Payouts

Commissions are earned on completed orders. Orders that are refunded, cancelled or charged back are reversed. Your current rate and cookie length are shown in your Affiliate Dashboard. Payouts are made monthly by PayPal once you reach the minimum payout threshold.

8. Enforcement and Changes

We may reject commissions on any order that breaks these rules, and we may suspend or close any affiliate account at our discretion. We may update this agreement from time to time and will notify active affiliates by email before changes take effect.
