Return Policy

We absolutely stand by our products and we are always here to support. We are confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, but we realize that some items may not be suitable for some customers. This is why we have a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy. If for any reason you believe our products are not for you, you may return them for a full refund (perishable items like essential oils must be unopened) within 7 days from the date you receive your package.

Please note the following steps:
⦁ To make a return for refund, please notify us by email with your name and order number within 7 days of receiving your items.
For obvious reasons, we are unable to re-sell used items so we cannot accept returns after 7 days.

For items that have been kept or used beyond 7 days, we will back them up with our rock-solid FREE one-year all-inclusive parts and service warranty. If you are to have any problem, we will repair or replace your products (not including essential oils) for free within 1 year of purchase.
⦁ Wait for an email notification and confirmation of the return request and the status of the merchandise by an Organic Aromas staff member.
⦁ Upon acceptance, please carefully pack your items in their original condition (items with damage cannot be accepted) and in the original packaging and return them via pre-paid postage to:

⦁ Send a confirmation and receipt of shipment of the goods to the above address.
⦁ Your full refund will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of the returned items.

We only wish for your complete happiness and satisfaction. We offer this 7 day return policy as a courtesy to our esteemed customers. Naturally, it is not possible for us to re-sell used items. This is solely so that our valued customers can rest assured they are in good hands with Organic Aromas.

After the 7 days, we offer our gold standard, free all-inclusive one-year parts and service warranty on our all diffusers. If there are any defects or if the product breaks down for any reason other than neglect or abuse we will repair or replace it for one year from the time of purchase.

As for items that are perishable or consumable, like essential oils, we apologize we are unable to accept returns.
