Bergamot essential oil is used for its analgesic and antiseptic properties, as an additive to deodorants, and as a scent freshener in laundry, diffusers, or fragrances.
As a citrus oil, bergamot essential oil blends well with a variety of other oils to uplift spirits and give scent to the air, including other fresh scented oils like lemon or warmer scents like clove.
This is a gentle, relaxing oil. Next to lavender, this is a favorite. Either oil mixed with grapefruit will give you a good nights sleep.
