Why Copaiba Essential Oil is Better than CBD Oil
You may have heard about CBD oil recently due to its rising popularity as a way to treat an array of ailments. CBD oil, or cannabidiol, is extracted from the flowers and buds of cannabis plants and is legal in all locations that allow medicinal cannabis use.
What is Cannabidiol or CBD Oil?
Cannabidiol is a naturally occurring chemical in the cannabis plant. There are three types of cannabinoids, and these include CBD, THC, and BCP.
CBD oil has been found to have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antipsychotic properties, which makes it a medicine that may be used to treat these more serious conditions.
THC is a naturally occurring chemical in the cannabis plant. It is probably best known to provide users with the psychoactive “high” response sought from marijuana as it interacts with CB1 receptors in the brain, but that is not THC’s only use. THC can also help to regulate our sleep patterns, mood, memory, and appetite.
BCP is found in the cannabis plant, and it affects CB2 receptors when higher amounts are present. At lower levels, it can be found naturally in several essential oils including copaiba. Unlike CB1 receptors, this interaction with CB2s doesn’t cause a “high” response. Instead, it effectively interacts with the CB2 receptors found in the immune system to help reduce inflammation and provide relief from pain.
What is Copaiba Oil?
The Copaiba tree, located in the Amazon jungle basin grows to over 100 feet tall and has red fruit and yellow flowers. The copaiba essential oil is distilled from the resin of the tree which can produce up to 12 gallons in a single season.
Copaiba oil has been used for hundreds of years throughout South America for physical and spiritual healing and is very common to find in most markets.
Copaiba Essential Oil versus CBD Oil
When you compare the two oils side by side, you will find that they each have their own distinct benefits. Copaiba oil offers a much less expensive option over CBD oil, and the risk of trace amounts of THC in the oil simply isn’t there. This is because the oil is not actually derived from the cannabis plant, unlike CBD oil, so it provides a safe and effective cannabis-free option.
CBD oil comes from hemp, which is a part of the cannabis plant, so there is a chance that it will have trace amounts of THC even when not intended to. However, CBD oil is still legal in the United States because it does not offer you the high, but instead acts as an alternative form of natural medicine.
Other Benefits of Copaiba Essential Oil
BCP, which is found in Copaiba essential oil, has been found to help even more conditions when compared to CBD oil. For those seeking immune system support and oral health benefits, BCP may be just what you’ve been looking for. This oil can also be used topically to clear the skin and reduce blemishes, and when ingested can have positive effects on your internal health as well.
If you are looking for an alternative to traditional medicine, and want to help support your many body systems without the fear of trace amounts of THC, then Copaiba oil is a cost-effective and safe solution. You will not receive a false positive on any drug test, so you can rest assured that conditions can be managed without risking career or future. Copaiba oil is not known to have any side effects, and it is completely legal to use in all fifty states.
If you are looking for a high-quality and stylish diffuser for your home so you can reap all the benefits of essential oils and aromatherapy, the Organic Aromas nebulizing diffuser is a perfect choice.
To those of you who don’t think that EOs have benefits and work, YES THEY DO!! My EOs I use has helped me and my kiddos in many ways! Tea Tree cleared my nail fungus when the harsh chemicals that were prescribed by the Dr. did not!! Please educate yourself and try a good product, you DO get what you pay for. And yes I am a distributor with Young Living and loving my health without all the chemical laden products out there!!
You lost me when you asserted that there are three types of cannabinoids.
This whole ‘article’ is nonsense.
Ok I’m a holistic pharmacist working with all these types of therapies. You’re comparing apples to oranges. CBD has it’s benefits and is not dangerous. There is no studies or statistics to validate this.
Cost-effective is the same as cheaper. Cheaper doesn’t equal better. You get what you pay for.

I think this is way better than cbd oil

There are different types of copaiba. Are there different effects? Is there one specific type that’s better?
Never heard of this. I will have to try it
Copaiba essential oil sounds very interesting. Thanks for sharing!
Never heard of Copaiba oil before..great article.
It’s one thing to try and sell a product. It’s another to lie about CBD just to try and sell essential oils that have no medical benefits at all. Please people don’t listen to this made up stuff by people just trying to make money off you. If you don’t know how CBD works please ask someone that study’s it and actually knows.
Thank you for this article. I had no idea about Copaida. I am very interested in these products as alternative therapy.
This is an exciting discovery for me!
So interesting, I’d never heard of Copaida oil before!
I use CBD honey and it works well.

This is awesome. I have never tried it but now I would really like too!
I have not tried this but it does sound benficial
I currently use CBD and am happy with the results but will look in to Copaiba oil as an alternate but not a replacement. CBD does work for me.

Interesting and informational article! I will look into this oil for help with arthritis. Antioxidants are always a good thing too!
As a regular user of CBD oil for back pain, I found this article MOST interesting!!
NO THC
Thanks, something new to try with my arthritis
I’ve been taking CBD oil and have been pleased. But if Copaiba is a much less expensive option over CBD oil, I think I will have to try it.
I have not yet used CBD oil, but have had inflammation in my ear drum as a result of an ear infection for 6 WEEKS. 4 days of copaiba internally and problem solved.
Im glad I read this article too! These smell great
Worth trying:) thanks for the info
I had never heard of this oil. If it really works as well as cbd oil I will have to get it. CBD is pretty expensive so switching would be a no brainer.
