This is a very interesting. If I take vit. pre and probiotics My stomach gets upset and I get very weak and shaky . I started taking them due to lack of energy. Now I know why I love the smell of cinnamon.

We use a lot of oils .. citrus 🍊 for cleaning and lavender for unwinding at bedtime.. We love to have a diffuser going at all times of the night

I would love to be able to purchase some of the 5 above oils. I received a couple sample bottles from another company. It was just enough to use them once and for me hooked lol. I like these so much better than the candles and wax tarts I was forever burning. Ty for the info
