I started my order with a picture that I later realized was watermarked and immediately sent several emails with my concerns and new photos regarding my order and fixing the issue. These emails were sent during the weekend and were promptly answered on Monday. The Organic aromas team member Chad sent a reply that made me feel comfortable and also sent a photo of the item to me before sending it out to make sure I was completely satisfied with the custom request. As soon as I approved it was sent out and I received it in perfect condition. The customer service here is FANTASTIC!

The diffuser is amazing and I am completely satisfied however there is one thing that I would change and I did with my own little fix. The blown glass cap allows a seam of mist to stream through the sides as well as the tiny hole in the top. This I found that I could easily fix with one of my tiny clear hair ties to make a seal in the spot where the two glass surfaces met. I am hoping that this is just the way my blown glass tip fits on mine and not a consistent thing. The other reason I was worried about this coming out the sides is that it might bring the oils down on my furniture and cause deterioration to the finish of the wood.

This diffuser is the best diffuser I have owned. Being that is made of glass I do not have to worry about deterioration and it completely fills the room with the aroma, and if I leave my door to my bedroom open it travels down my halls and fills other rooms with a faint pleasant fragrance throughout. Also I received a free gift with my diffuser as well as directions on how to clean along with the pipettes to clean with. My free gift was a 5ML bottle of their Passion blend EO and I found it to be very pleasant and was incredibly satisfied when I looked up its ingredients and found out I could use it around my dogs.

I will be ordering more diffusers from this company, and I am in fact thinking about ordering another custom engraved diffuser. I do hope that perhaps they allow you to choose out of their dark wood in the future as well because I have quite a lot of furniture that would match the dark wood bases.
