I’ve heard of getting enough rest and exercise to keep your mind ready and sharp for an exam, but not the other tips you gave. Of course, I haven’t been in school for years. So I guess these are new tips? I learned just recently that certain aromas and oils help with the learning process. Thank you for sharing!
Time Management, great tip, you can also add know when you are at your best, when your mind is the most clear to retain information. I lived in a busy household of seven children. When studying I found the best time for me was from 3 am to 6.30 am. The household was quiet and and my mind seemed clear after going to bed at 8.30 pm, the previous night.
Wow I wish I knew about this stuff when I was in school. Still it should come in very handy for work.

I just started mediation and I love it. I definitely need a diffuser too.
I get such bad anxiety with exams because I put so much pressure on myself to do well. Meditation helps immensely… it gives you the skills to slow down and calm down while doing the exam if you start getting panicky.
