How It Works

The Radiance uses Bernoulli’s Principle to naturally atomize pure essential oil without heat or water. A whisper-quiet micro air pump sends pressurized air across a specially designed nozzle inside the glass reservoir, breaking essential oil into an ultra-fine mist of micro-particles. These particles stay suspended in the air longer and are absorbed more effectively than the diluted water vapor produced by ultrasonic devices.

Care & Maintenance

Keeping your Radiance in peak condition is simple:

  • Weekly cleaning: Remove the glass reservoir and rinse with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl). Use the included pipette to flush the internal tubes.
  • Switching oils: Run a few drops of rubbing alcohol through the reservoir before adding a new oil to prevent scent mixing.
  • Thick oils: Oils like vetiver, patchouli, myrrh, and frankincense can clog micro-tubes. Dilute with Augeo Clean Multi before use, or clean immediately after.
  • Storage: If not using for more than a week, clean the reservoir before storing.

    I did lots of research, read reviews, and I bought this version. Which I loved!! My original reservoir was wonderful, it worked so well, I could clean it thoroughly and had no problems. Sadly, it broke and I reordered 2 so I would have a spare as I hated to be without it. I’m not happy with these 2 replacement ones. They are blown differently, the 2 little tunnels, I don’t know what to call them, are too narrow, they block so easily and I can run it only a few hours then have to spend lots of time to clean it and one of them I cannot get it clear. I do not use heavy thick oils and I’m really bugged that now I hesitate to run it.

The humming noise when the diffuser is on is loud and the light does not come on when the button is touched (it did come on randomly at one point without anyone touching it). I have the same diffuser in a different shape I purchased for myself about 1 year ago that does not have any of the above issues.

    I love this nebulizer and I have researched a few until I found this one! It is worth every penny! I also love the LED light attached to it, especially at night time. Very relaxing! My house smells divine and since I have allergy problems, I cant use any of the chemicals out there, not that they are good for us. If you are on the fence, go get it! O, the customer service is another good thing. Recently, my hubby broke the reservoir and tried to get a new one. Long story short, he got the wrong one and they shipped a second one at their expense.

The scent is so strong and for the first time I am appreciating the smell and benefits of my oils. It is also beautiful! I love how the vial is filled with an oil mist as the colors change within it. It is powerful too. I can see why most people keep it on the low setting. The smell fills my living room which has cathedral ceilings and is open to the upstairs bedrooms, which is also reaching those rooms too! My family members are jealous of MY diffuser because it is so much better than their water kind. I highly recommend this!

    I purchased my first Radiance diffuser from Amazon Uk & absolutely love it. I’d not heard of this brand so was a little apprehensive before ordering. When i received my Radiance i was extremely impressed. I currently have six well known brand diffusers which i like very much but they are either to noisy or a real pain to clean ( especially the ultrasonic versions) . My atomising diffusers contain plastic & are noisy to use in a bedroom during the night.
    The Radiance is extremely quiet & looks great on any surface. The output of oil is powerful so i only ever use the lowest setting thus saving oil. Radiance displays a subtle lighting effect on the wall in the dark. I was so impressed i decided to order another diffuser from organic aromas website. I also ordered three different reservoir sets & the wooden stand for storing them safely when cleaning & switching between reservoir styles. All reservoir sets are interchangeable with the Radiance base so its great if I fancy a change.
    Customer service & communication was excellent.
    I highly recommend this item to anyone wanting a good quality compact nebulising diffuser that’s VERY quiet easy to clean and has interchangeble glass displays.

    I have recommend it to several neighbors. It is wonderful easy to use and best of all I do not have to use water to diffuse.

    The only oil I am having problems diffusing pure is my myrrha; it seems to clog the diffuser and it makes it difficult to clean.

    After much research about essential oils and diffusing I settled on this type because of the concept. No need to add water to disperse the healing oils in the air, just add straight oil, turn on and enjoy. This unit is easy to clean when following the instructions, and let me add I thought something was wrong with my unit, but turns out just needed to be cleaned. Customer Service was AWESOME, they replied to my e-mail within the hour, discussed the unit and my issue in detail and the cleaning instructions, they were very helpful. They even sent me a follow up email as well! Great diffuser, unique, and the most efficient at producing aromatherapy benefits. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! Sample oil included was a nice addition and smells very good too!

    I love my Radiance diffuser. I’ve diffused several oils in it and have had no problems. I diffused catnip essential oil and my cats love it too! With a strong oil I find that it fills the entire house using around 15 drops on the low setting. It is very quite and the changing LED lights are nice.
