  4. once a long time ago i learned about Marjoram tea. i tried some and it was good for health and mood. its been a long time since then i really should do myself a favor and try to find it again either in essential oil or in tea bags. i love lavender oils for air freshner and to help with sleep but now i know even more oils that help with happiness and mood swings . i will be armed with the oils and ready for this year.
