Chamomille worked for in a tisane format. I wonder if it will be as effective in a nebulizer. I know that the best way to benefit from essential oils is really to have a good blend of them. I am really not good at blending.

Numbers 5, 6 and 7 were brand new bits of information for me. I had no idea! the problem is, most good chamomile essential oils are super expensive. I wonder if chamomile tea has similar effects?
