I knew about lavender but we have to avoid it due to allergies. Thanks for the other suggestions, I will have to give sandalwood a try, I think I have that one already for my beard oil. :)
The pillow spray is a neat idea as well. Will have to give that blend some thought!

I am just starting to learn about the different oils and what they do. My daughter bought me a diffuser and has been explaining the different scents to me. I used to sleep like a baby. Now I have broken sleep. I did pin this. Thank you for sharing!!
