Grapefruit in water is yummy. Just remember that citric oils break down plastics, so you need to use glass or metal water bottle.

Thanks for the great article. I had quit smoking over a year ago & have put on some weight. I eat a lot healthier & walk more but can’t seem to shed the pounds. Will try this to see if the extra push helps … certainly can’t hurt! :)
