For topical applications it is ESSENTIAL to dilute the EOs. Clove will burn you.

This could not have come at a better time! I have monthly cramps and I injured some muscles putting up the Christmas tree. I just placed an order and have some peppermint oil too. I want to try sage and rosemary too next time.
