Poor customer service

I ordered and received an aroma diffuser one day before leaving on a 10 day trip. I waited to open the box until I got home. The diffuser doesn’t work and because it’s past the 7 day return policy I won’t get a refund or a replacement. i ordered the product in what I thought was plenty of time. Little did I know I would take 13 days to arrive. The company needs to improve it’s shipping methods and return policy.

Car diffuser still not arrived

I have to give this a 1 star as of right now because it’s been 14 days and I still haven’t received it yet. As far as I can see, it’s still in Asia
